I was being sued by one of my creditors and I was so scared and didn’t know what to do. I received the subpoena to appear in court in just days. I call Rudnitski Law Firm approximaely 3 days before my court date, before i left his office Mr. Rudnitski contacted the judge office to request a dismissal of the law suit. Although It wasn’t dismissed that day, a couple of days later Mr. Rudnitsky call and informed me that he contacted the opposing lawyers and they agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with no strings attached. My desire was to have this case dismissed and so it was without me paying anything! I was overwhelmed with joy. Mr. Rudnitsky is very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and all of the above.
